PIZZA GARDENING....

FUN!FUN! FUN!..... & "HOLD THE ANCHOVIES "(i left that for the fish& wildlife booth)but... Yes! ice-cream from the dary folks .... & lots moore TO SEE & LEARN....
I WAS ASKED TO HELP TEACH... APX. 400 4th GRADERS...... ABOUT ....YOU GUESSED ! PLANTS & HERBS "YES! YES! I SAID ..... THE "Farm Week" EVENT WAS HELD FOR 2 DAYS FROM 9:00am -2:00pm, at the COLLAGE.
WE MADE A "PIZZA GARDEN" (IN POTS , our station was inside) WE USED THE "PIZZA" TO INTRODUCE THE KID'S TO GARDENING ... PLANTS USES ie food, clothing medicine etc ... THEY GOT TO SMELL & TOUCH as we "made our pizza". Many nice people.... this is Just a beginning!!! ;) JUST ASK!!
